With this, registered users will start receiving alerts from government by Twitter or by SMS on special occurrences.
The feature now works in the U.S., Japan and South Korea, but will be taken to other countries.
The emergency management agency of the United States, the service disaster prevention in Tokyo and the World Health Organization are among the first participants.
